To maximise the impact of your Rewards setup, visibility is key. If players can't find it, they won't use it. That’s why one of the most important steps in your initial configuration is making sure “My Rewards” is clearly accessible—whether that’s through your main navigation menu or a dedicated button on your site. It sounds simple, but this small step can dramatically increase feature adoption and overall player engagement.

📝 Step 1: Plan Your Rewards Features

Before setting up, decide which features you will launch with and make sure you have all the necessary assets and details ready. These features shape how players engage with your Rewards section, so it's important to plan ahead!
  1. List which Rewards features you will launch with: Wheels, Virtual Currencies, Challenges, Bonuses, Levels and Progression or Promotional Calendars.
  2. Create and upload all designs and visual resources needed into the Media Library.

⚙️ Step 2: Configure General Settings and Appearance

You can configure the general settings and appearance of your Rewards Program on the Rewards > My Rewards page. Start by setting up the key elements:
  1. Program Name: This is the name displayed at the top of your Rewards modal.
  2. Branding Settings: Learn how to customise your Rewards modal here.
  3. Visibility of Features: Toggling which features should be available in your Rewards Program. You can also make this set up from the Branding Settings section.

👉 Origins and Communication Profiles

If you have different Origins and Communication Profiles set up, from the Rewards > My Rewards page you will see that different versions have been pre-created. You can customise these settings for each one, allowing you to create a unique experience for players across different websites, markets, and languages. For more details, check out this article.

💱 Step 3: Set up FX Rate for Currencies (if applicable)

If you’re running Challenges, this step it’s essential. The Currencies setting lets you track Challenge progress across multiple currencies without duplicating effort. One Challenge, all players.
Head to Settings > Currencies in the sidebar to get started. First time here? No problem. An info box will walk you through it.
From there, you can manually set FX rates for each currency. These rates automatically apply to player-facing elements like Wagering Requirements and Min/Max Bet Amounts—so you’re always speaking the player’s language, no matter where they’re playing from.

Bonuses are a powerful tool for rewarding players and boosting engagement. You can create virtual currency, wheel, general bonuses and more! And assign them strategically across different areas, ensuring that players remain fully immersed in the game.

🎰 Step 5: Map your Games

Our system automatically identifies and populates the Game Mapping section whenever a transaction occurs in a game (e.g., a player placing a bet).
However, there are some games that the system can't automatically map. In those cases, they will show up in the Games > Unrecognised Games page, where you can map them manually or create auto-mapping rules.

📄‍ Step 6: Set up Menu Pages

Menu pages are tabs in the Rewards modal on your website and can be linked to different pages such as a Calendar, a Shop or anything else you can set up in Rewards.

🛍 Step 7: Set up a Shop [Optional]

The Shop enhances player engagement, retention, and excitement by allowing users to spend Virtual Currency earned through Bonuses, Challenges, or Leveling Up.
It incentivises continued play by offering rewards such as exclusive Bonuses, additional Challenges, or other customisable items within the Rewards platform—creating a sense of progression and strategy.
With a Shop, you can:
  1. Offer exclusive rewards to encourage ongoing participation.
  2. Customise the available items to align with your branding and player preferences.
  3. Provide a dynamic, interactive experience that motivates players to return and engage more deeply.

🧪 Step 8: Test and Go Live

Before launching, test your Rewards setup to ensure a smooth player experience.
  1. Create a Test Communication Profile: Follow this guide to set up a Test Communication Profile.
  2. Enable Rewards for Test Users: Once your Test Communication Profile is created, you will find it in the Rewards > My Rewards section. From there, you will be able to enable it following the steps below.
  3. Go Live with Rewards: Once you are satisfied with the experience, enable Rewards for your entire player base or specific communication profiles from the Rewards > My Rewards.
If you hide your Rewards program for a Communication Profile, players belonging to that Communication Profile will not be able to access Rewards on your website.

Create custom coins to reward players and boost engagement. Use them across Challenges, Shops, seasonal events and more — your own branded currency, your way.
Drive long-term engagement with levelling mechanics and progression rewards. Reward loyalty, celebrate milestones and keep players coming back for more — all powered by real-time data.
Build themed calendars around events, holidays or challenges. Keep players logging in daily with fresh rewards and consistent, engaging touchpoints.
